- Description
- The Great Plains Regional Contracting Office has a requirement for non-personal TeleRadiology services for Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, Colorado. The base period of performance is on/about 1 August 2008 through 30 September 2008, plus four twelve-month option periods (through 30 September 2012) and one ten-month option period (through 31 July 2013). This requirement will be solicited on a full and open basis. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 621111, Offices of Physicians (Except Mental Health Specialists). The Small Business Administration's size standard for NAICS 621111 is $9.0 million. Any Radiologist that provides services under any resulting contract shall be required to possess and maintain an active, valid, and otherwise unrestricted medical license issued by the state of Colorado for the length of service. The solicitation number is W81K00-08-R-0015. The solicitation will be issued on/about 5 May 2008 at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm) and FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). Prospective offerors are advised that, if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the Central Contractor Registration database (www.ccr.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made. Award will be made on/about 18 June 2008. Paper copies of this solicitaiton will not be issued, and telephone and faxed requests for the solicitation will not be honored.
