Description

The United States Government intends to award a lease for expansion space using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Kalamzaoo, MI, Kalamaoo/Battlecreek Internation Airport. The Government requires 789 rentable square feet of expansion space space yielding a minimum of 789 ANSI/BOMA office and related space. The space must be contiguous and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
