Destination: ROBINS A F B, GA Delivery schedule: 370 days if First Article Test (FAT) is required or 160 days if FAT is waived. FOB: Destination; Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Approved sources for this item are: MICROWAVE ENGINEERING CORPORATION (06351) P/N 037-003197-001, MICROWAVE ENGINEERING CORPORATION (06351) P/N R71-108, NORTHROP GRUMMAN SYSTEMS (26916) P/N 037-003197-001. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with the approved source under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) – approved source is cited above; Notes 12, 22 and 26 apply. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
