Description

LEASE SPACE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is seeking to lease 9,120 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of office space for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, storage, and equipment. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. LOCATION: Offered properties shall be located within the city of New Castle, Delaware. LEASE TERM: 10 years, 5 years firm. EXPRESSION OF INTEREST shall by submitted in writing and include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Available square feet and rent rate per square foot 3. Common area factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable. 4. Owner’s name and address and written statement from owner that the offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property.
