Description

U.S. Customs and Border Protection is interested in leasing an aircraft hangar and flight preparation space in Dulles, Virginia. Amount: Approximately 31, 655 square feet of rentable space consisting of 25, 600 square feet of aircraft hangar, 6,100 square feet of flight preparation, maintenance and other support space, a 60,000 square feet Aircraft parking apron, a 10,000 square feet Helicopter Landing pad and parking for 35 vehicles. The building offered for lease must be of permanent construction. Leased premises must be located on the International Airport Dulles, Virginia grounds and should meet the meet the following requirements: shall include access to a minimum 6,000 foot long, hard-surfaced/lighted runway with instrument approach. Available services must include 24 hour emergency fire and crash response, snow removal, air traffic control for takeoffs and landings, immediate access to the runway for takeoffs, 24 hour security, and limited/controlled access to the leased premises, including the aircraft ramp area. An EPA approved washrack is required, preferably available as part of the leased premises; existent on the airport property and available for use by the tenant operation. Services: All services and utilities shall be included as part of the rental consideration. Term: Seeking a twenty (20) year lease, with ten (10) years firm term, with two (2) five (5) year options.
