- Removal of two 50,000 gallon vertical fuel tanks.Contractor to provide vacuum truck and remove all waste fuel oil, sludge, residues, rust and wash water. Tanks must be cleaned according to IAW DEQ guidelines. Contractor will provide demolition services to the two tanks and provide for confined space entry and work. The contractor shall notify DEQ at least 30 days prior to the start of this project. Work must be completed before 7/30/08. Install clock guages and overfill alarms on two 34,000 gallon horizontal fuel oil storage tanks. Remove and replace piping and valves. Contractor will be responsible for electrical hookup for overfill alarms. The contractor shall obtain all required permits. It is the contractors responsibility to ensure all phases of this project in in compliance with current DEQ regulations/requirements. The two tanks must be in compliance with current DEQ regulations prior to July 31st, 2008
