Description

GSA Pacific Rim Region (GSA) is soliciting quotes for installation of dimmable lighting on Floor 4E, Phillip Burton FB & USCH, 450 Golden Gate Ave., San Francisco, CA. This project will include installation of networked cable-mount fixtures with individual dimming control and sensors in open plan areas, and recessed direct/indirect fixtures with photocell dimming in perimeter offices. This is a relatively small scale project (roughly 30,000 sf) but is a demonstration project for the technologies involved and requires requisite skills with advanced lighting controls. RFQ provides information for submission of quotes, and other pertinent information. Quotes are due 12 Noon local time May 19, 2008, award is anticipated around May 31, 2008 Required completion is 120 days after award, anticipated to be around September 30, 2008. A document security agreement must be executted and submitted prior to being given access to building drawings and technical data. This agreement document is being posted. This acquisition is an unrestricted procurement pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (FAR 19.10), for NAICS 238210. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. Selection will be by best value source selection, following FAR Part 13 procedures (resemblance to Part 15 procedures is coincidental).
