Description: The acquisition of IPF requires design, engineering, validation/verification of one lot of ST, SIE, and STE to provide the capability to manufacture the MSE missile and canister configuration. Contractor shall deliver and integrate the Special Tooling (ST), Special Inspection Equipment (SIE), and Special Test Equipment(STE)in the MSE production to meet the monthly production rate of 6 MSE missiles and canister with an option to meet a monthly FRP rate of 20 missiles and canister per month. This action is for a new contract with Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC), Dallas, TX, for PAC-3 MSE IPF tooling, which consists of ST, SIE, and STE on a sole source basis. A Cost Plus Incentive Fee contract is anticipated to funded with Missile Procurement Army funds. SEE NUMBERED NOTE 22.
