Description

DISA/DITCO intends to issue a Sole Source contract to ArcSight Inc., 5 Results Way, Cupertino, CA 95014-5924. This acquisition is for ArcSight Security Information Manager (SIM) software, ArcSight Component Licenses unlimited users and Computer Based Training unlimited users as per the attached solicitation HC1028-08-T-0070, for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) PEO-IAN at Arlington, VA 22204-4502. The period of performance is 12 May 2008 - 11 May 2009. The estimated price is $676,000.00. The statutory authority for Sole Source is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Companies that can provide the above listed software products, maintenance and training shall send a quote not later than Noon (12:00pm) 9 May 2008 via the following address: tina.book@disa.mil. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered.
