Description: The purpose of amendment 2 is to answer the following additional question: I have read the background requirements, but to be honest, I am a little lost on why there is a reason to try to accomplish the goal, when the only mention of money is the 150k, that is budgeted? So how does the contractor make any money? Answer: The United States Mint expects that contractors will budget their fee into the $150,000.
