Description

1. The purpose of this modification/amendment #1 is to extend the time and date for the receipt of offers and to incorporated a REVISED statement of work (SOW), and Safety Requirements (Appnedix "C"). 2. The attacahed statement of work (SOW) dated 07 May 2008 is hereby incorporated and supersedes the statement of work from the basic combined synopsis/solicitation. 3. The attached Appendix "C"-Safety Requirements are hereby incorporated to subject combined synopsis/solicitation. 4. The time and date for the receipt of offers is hereby changed FROM:5:00 P.M., 09 May 2008 TO: 5:00 P.M., 15 May 2008. 5. All other terms and previously stated conditions remain unchanged.
