- This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued on or around 9 May 2008. Solicitation number FA4600-08-T-0009 is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). THIS PROCUREMENT IS "100% Small Business Set Aside". The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-18. All applicable provision and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes the only pre-solicitation notice being issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210. The Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order for the following supplies: Procure and install theater capable component IAW statement of need, on Offutt AFB, NE. Please reference solicitation # FA4600-08-T-0009 on all correspondence. All quotations must be received via e-mail (andrew1.peterson@offutt.af.mil) or fax (402-294-7280) to TSgt Andrew Peterson at the 55 Contracting Squadron, 101 Washington Square, Bldg. 40, Offutt AFB 68113-2107 by 19 May 2008 at 4:00pm (CST). (andrew1.peterson@offutt.af.mil) or phone (402-232-8659). Quotes must be valid for 30 days after the date that the quotes are due. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE.
