Description

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is seeking sources to provide one (1) year Service and Maintenance Agreement for the attached list of equipment. This maintenance agreement includes: all parts (except consumables), labor and travel necessary to repair the equipment and three (3) preventative maintenance visits for each piece of equipment. The service includes: Telephone support with call back within two (2) hours. On-site service within 48 hours of service calls (as deemed necessary by EPA). Contractor must provide service Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., weekends and holidays are excluded. The period of performance is expected to be for twelve (12) months, 10 October 2008 through 30 September 2009. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 811219 and the Small Business Size Standard is $6.5 million dollars. All interested, responsible, sources must respond by 5/22/08 to Robert Stachowski at stachowski.robert@epa.gov. Interested vendors shall include information on the proposed service which clearly supports the requirements outlined above. A formal soliciation will be posted in Fed Biz Opps within five days of the response date previously indicated in this notice.
