- REQUIREMENT : The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 4,209 rentable square feet yielding 3,660 usable square feet ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of contiguous office and related space, in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The desired space should be on the second floor or above. Secured surface parking is required for (5) government vehicle. Requested space must be fully-serviced and in a building that can be customized to meet the Government’s needs and security requirements. The building must meet Federal Government standards for fire and seismic safety, must be ADA compliant and be located outside a 100-year floodplain. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the rental consideration. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout and be ready for occupancy by December 1, 2008 or sooner. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building’s ownership.. DELINEATED AREA : North: Oakland Park Blvd South: Miramar Parkway East: NW 40th Street West: Sawgrass Expressway LEASE TERM : Lease term is ten (10) years with a firm term of five (5) years. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST : If you desire to submit a location for consideration, please forward information by 5:00 PM EDT, May 16, 2008.
