- The United States Army CECOM Lifecycle Management Command (LCMC) intends to procure twenty five (25), Winch Drum, Hand Operated, NSN 3950-01-139-1774 in accordance with drawing number SM-F-974715. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The small business size standard is 500 employees for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 332999. The Solicitation for this buy will be posted on the Interactive Opportunities Web Page (IBOP). The delivery schedule shall be twelve (12) each assemblies 150 Days after Contract (DAC) followed by thirteen (13) each assemblies DAC. The items will be shipped to the New Cumberland Facility, New Cumberland Army Depot, PA. (W25G1U). The shipments are to be FOB Destination. Packaging and Packing shall be in accordance with DFARS 252.211-7006. Contract type will be Firm Fixed Price. THIS WILL BE A REVERSE AUCTION ACQUISITION. THE DATE AND TIME OF THE AUCTION WILL BE SPECIFIED IN THE SOLICITIATION. The U.S. Army CECOM LCMC has established the IBOP website as part of the Armys Single Face to Industry, to allow electronic posting of Solicitations for Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitations for Bids (IFBs) from CECOM LCMC to Industry. All parties who are interested in doing business with CECOM LCMC are invited to access, operate, send and receive information from the IBOP at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil. You may access potential CECOM LCMC Business Opportunities by simply selecting CECOM -2008. Comm.-Active, under the heading ARMY PREAWARD, Login & View by Army Contracting Activity, and then click on GO.
