- This is a Sources Sought for Welfare Benefit Program Services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. National Security Technologies (NSTec) is seeking a World Class Subcontractor that shall provide professional, skilled subject matter experts that can provide reliable and experienced welfare benefit plan administrative support services, research and analysis capability, legislative compliance guidance, vendor negotiation capability, and technical expertise on the National Security Technologies LLC (NSTec) Welfare Benefit Program for non-bargaining employees. Plans include a self-insured active and retiree medical plan, prescription drug plan and vision plan; seven Health Maintenance Organizations; insured dental plan; insured short- and long-term disability plans; insured life insurance plans; flexible spending accounts; and other voluntary benefit plans. See the attached Draft Statement of Work, tasks and sample consideration schedule describing the requirement. Please note that attached are drafts and that the RFP will be the governing document. To be considered to receive a copy of the RFP when issued, Potential Offerors shall provide a Project Summary that demonstrates how the Offeror will provide the personnel who possess the necessary experience 10 years minimum and skills required to support the statement of work.
