The Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG) proposes to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) sole source contract to SSK Military Industries, Inc., 1008 Monroe Road, Lebanon, OH 45036-1415 for the procurement of the following products: Clin 0001 P/N AAD2C1M1535A, CYPRES-2 1-Pin Military 1500 FT 35M/S A; Description: 9L x 6W (IN), CYPRES-2 AAD, Military 1-pin, 1500 ft. activation altitude, 35 m/sec activation velocity, absolute setting. QUANTITY 30 EACH Clin 0002 P/N AAD2C1M2529A, CYPRES-2 1-Pin Military 2500 FT 29M/S A; Description: 9L x 6W (IN), CYPRES-2 AAD, Military 1-Pin, 2500 ft. activation altitude, 29 m/sec activation velocity, absolute setting. QUANTITY 20 EACH SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION: SSK Military Industries, Inc. (Cage Code 3DLD5) is the only company whose non-standard harness and container parachute systems and associated auxiliary equipment have successfully met the qualification testing requirements, system specifications as per NAVSEA Instruction 13512.1H "Premeditated Personnel Parachuting (P3 Equipment Authorized for Navy Use (ANU) dated 19 January 2006. Contract award will be made on or about 19 May 2008.
