Description

Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials to install the main entrance sign, associated electrical and asphalt work for project 538-08-126, entitled Replace Main Entrance Sign at VAMC, Chillicothe, Ohio, as required by drawings and specifications. Work to be completed within 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Plans and specifications will be available on Fedbizopps website on or about May 28, 2008. Hard copies will be available upon written request to the Contracting Officer and may be faxed to 740-772-7008. Phone calls will not be accepted. Estimated cost range is between $100,000.00 and 250,000.00. A pre-bid conference and site visit will be scheduled at a later date by the Contracting Officer. This Solicitation is 100% Set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business contractors. NAICS 236220.
