Description

The Department of Air Force is seeking qualified entities to enter into a MILCON Exchange Agreement. The objective of this initiative is to convey approximately 144 acres of land with improvements at the Lynn Haven Fuel Depot in Lynn Haven, Florida in exchange for constructing projects at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida. The 144 acres consists of two parcels, an approximate 94 acre waterfront parcel and an approximately 50 acre railroad right-of-way.
