- Operation and Light Maintenance of a 40,000 Water Treatment Plant and Two Deep Well System at the El Yunque National Forest Barcelona Vicinity Rio Grande, PR. The scope of services required interest parties shall include, but are not limited to: 1. Monitoring and record keeping of the three water systems 2. Perform water quality analysis (daily analysis) 3. Reports large maintenance needs 4. Reports and documents water lines distribution system deficiencies In order to be considered, the firm or individual must have experience providing services of similar scope, complexity and magnitude Consulting firms or individuals are requested to indicate their interest in the service contract by submitting a letter of interest to: Eng.
