Description

The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to issue a Purchase Order to Micro-Tel, of Falls Church, VA for the maintenance of Microcall Telephone Management Information (MI) System for the period of 5/12/08 - 5/11/09. The maintenance will include new release 4.2 offers additional features, updated area codes/office code combinations and update rate information, etc., and telephone support. Other organization that believe they are capable of meeting the SSA requirements are inviited to submit information establishing a bona fide capability to fulfill the requirement. If the SSA does not identify other acceptable sources capable of providing this requirement, the agency shall issue a sole source award of maintenance under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions. This is NOT a Request for Proposal and the Government does not intend to pay for information submitted. Requests for copies of a solicitation will not be honored or acknowledged. Respondents will NOT be notified of the results of the information received. Verbal responses are NOT acceptable and will not be considered. Responses to this notice must be submitted by May 12, 2008, 10:00 AM EST. Responses may be sent via E-MAIL ONLY to the point of contact listed. NO PHONE CALLS OR FAXES WILL BE ACCEPTED. No submissions may exceed 5MB.
