Description

UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE IS SEEKING TO LEASE EXISTING BUILDING OR NEW CONSTRUCTION FOR THE RELOCATION OF THE NEW OXFORD, PA MAIN POST OFFICE Solicitation #: 362575-08-A- P014 PREFERRED AREA IS WITHIN A ONE MILE RADIUS OF NEW OXFORD CENTER SQUARE. The Postal Service is seeking proposals for 5000 SF of new or existing space to be leased together with loading facilities on a suitable site including parking and maneuvering area for approximately 40 vehicles and a dock or other provision for truck loading and unloading. The building must meet Federal Handicapped Accessibility Standards at the time of occupancy or be capable of being modified to meet standards. OR the construction and lease of a new Post Office building to be constructed in accordance with USPS requirements and all applicable local building standards and regulations. Premises must be properly zoned or capable of being rezoned for use as a postal facility. Offeror must own or control the site. Interested parties will secure complete plans and specifications after consultation with USPS representative and payment of proposal fee. The Postal Service reserves the right to negotiate with any and all offerors. Offers may be made in letter format. If accepted, official postal forms will be required.
