- This is a BUY INDIAN SETASIDE. Installation ofCAT 6 Data Cabling Rewiring. Contractor MUST request acopy of Solicitation RBS00080013 via fax to Ken Lloyd@ 615-564-6529 by 12:30 pm Central Standard Time onMay 16, 2008. No telephone request will be accepted. Contractor shall be register with the CentralContracting Registration (CCR). Self Certification ofBuy Indian status will be required. The work is to beperformed at CROW AGENCY, Forestry Lane Bldg #2 CrowAgency, Montana 59022. This CAT 6 cabing plant willconsist of an estimated total of 64 cable drops forthe Main Crow Agency Office Building. This building isopen space with a concrete floor. All cabling willneed to run down walls and be fully enclosed. Somecables will need to run in a semi-permanent enclosurefrom ceiling to floor. The enclosure must be securedbut capable of moving in any direction by 4 feet.Contractor shall be repired to submit a. Contractorwill have up to 45 days to complete the work. Thecontractor will be required to submit performancebond, payment bond, and work schedule. Davis BaconMT0080003 Dated 02/08/2008 apply. The governmentestimate is between $25000 and $100,000. Thissolicitation is not a request RFQ, RFP, or IFB.Solicitation RBS00080013 will be issued on May 16,2008 to contractor upon request. All solicationrequests received after May 16, 2008 will be rejected. The Government is in no way obligated to do businesswith or to enter into in any form of contract with anyperson, firm or other entity that receives thisinquiry.
