- FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure services to reline two(2), furnaces, a 5 ton and 3 ton procure melt out liners for the Naval Foundry and Propeller Center Philadelphia Detachment. Services are required from 27 May 2008 to 30 May 2008. Requests for quotation N00189-08-T-Z073 contemplates a firm fixed price contract. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. It is the contractors responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be access in full text at these addresses: www.arnet.gov/far and www.dtic.mil/dfars. The NAICS Code is 811310.52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items is applicable to this procurement. Offerors are advised to include complete copy of the provision at 52.212-5 with their offer. The clause 52.212-4; Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items, 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration. Offers shall be received at FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia, Bldg. 2 B, 700 Robbins Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19111 no later than 4 pm (local time) on 19 May 2008.
