- Solicitation for End Item: C-130 Aircraft, NSN 1560 01 250 7251, Ring Assy, p/n 309D019-1. Configuration Control applies, Critical Application item. INDEFINTE QUANTITY CONTRACT: BASE PLUS 4 YEARS. This procurement is an unrestricted other than full and open RFP. NAICS is 336413. FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. There is a government first article test, sample of two, delivered 90 DARO. Production delivery within 171 days AFAA. Contains a surge requirement. BASE AND OPTION YEAR EAD ARE 24 EACH. GUARANTEED MINIMUM ONLY APPLIES TO THE BASE YEAR. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and can be furnished by the Government. Offerors must complete a copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award.
