Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation (paper copy) will not be issued. Further, offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of amendments or other information pertaining to this solicitation Solicitation W912EK-08-Q-0005 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-24 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DCN) 20080331. This solicitation is issued as an Emerging Small Business set aside, as prescribed by The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program Act of 1988, Public Law 100-656 (15 U.S.C. 644 note). The NAICS code is 238220 and small business size standard is $13 Million.
