- See Note 22. The Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas intends to award a firm fixed price contract to purchase two Metal Spray Robotics Systems to include turnkey installation. Negotiations to be conducted solely with Sultzer-Metco (US) Inc. under the authority of 10 U.S. C.2304 (c)(1), as cited in FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy Agency Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. This is a written solicitation. No telephone inquires.
