- This is a combined synopsis/request for quotation (RFQ) for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 8.405-6(a)(2), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written RFQ will not be issued. The Department of the Air Force, 95th Contracting Squadron, Edwards Air Force Base California, intends to award a sole source contract to StatSoft, Inc., 2300 E. 14th Street, Tulsa, OK 74104-4429. The standard industrial classification code is: 7035. The NAICS code is: 334119 and the small business size standard is: 1000. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within 5 days of the publication of this notice. Delivery shall not be no later than 30 days from the date of award. The following provisions and clauses apply: Provision 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference.
