- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. ONE (01) TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FORMSC SOFTWARE ANNUAL LICENSE RENEWAL AND SOFTWARE UPGRADE AGREEMENTS. Companies shallacknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendmentto subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued.The purpose of this amendment is to identify the required products:1. Product # 20275, Local network, quantity 4.Marc Complete Package (Marc Standard,Marc Electrical, Marc Global Remeshing, Marc Hemi-Cube View Factors, Marc 2D Mesh only,Marc 3D Mesh only, Marc Mentat, Marc Mentat Hex Mesher, Marc Mentat CMOLD Access, MarcMentat ITI access, Marc Metal Cutting, and Marc Shape Memory Materials).2.
