- The Social Security Administration is seeking Small Business sources to provide Temporary Registered Nursing Services on an as- needed basis for the Mid-Atlantic Social Security Center operation located at 300 Spring Garden Streets, Philadelphia, PA 19123. The employee health unit maintained at the above the site services a workforce of approximately 1500 employees. The contractor shall have contact with agency employed occupational health unit nurses, contractor health unit physician, management staff, union representatives, employee counselors and employees. The contractor shall respond to these questions with full explanations for each. Brief 1 word responses are not acceptable. 1.Does the contractor personnel have evidence of current registration as a Registered Nurse within Pennsylvania? 2. Does the contractor personnel have a minimum of two years experience either in an emergency room or occupational/ clinical setting? 3. Does the contractor personnel have evidence of a current cardiopulmonary resucitation certification? 4. Does the contractor carry a minimum of $1million per occurrance malpractice insurance? 5. In the event of an unforeseen emergency, can the contractor provide personnel within 2 hours of the request? All responses shall be in writing and evidence shall be provided to ensure the accuracy of the information.
