Description

DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - Posted for Industry Comments and/or Questions Submission Deadline is NLT 4:00pm (EST) on Monday, June 9, 2008. The U.S. Department of the Education, Federal Student Aid (FSA) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the procurement of operations and support for their financial management system. The government anticipates the award of a single Indefinit-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity contract on a Hybrid: Fixed Priced, Fixed-Price Level of Effort, and Time & Material Performance-based contract with a base and option period (each for 5 years) award term.
