- *The U.S. Coast Guard, Maintenance & Logistics Command, Pacific (vpl) proposes an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for the Haulout and Repairs of the 47 foot Motor Life Boats located in the Northbend, Oregon. The work will be performed at the contractor’s facility. The performance period will begin with the base year 01 October 2008 and ending 30 September 2009, plus four option years. The boats are geographically restricted 400 nautical miles from their assigned boat stations. The stations are located in the North Bend, OR area (Chetco River; Coos Bay; Umpqua; Yaquina; Depoe Bay; Suislaw; and Tillamook). Only one contract awarded for this procurement. A total small business set-aside Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 28 May 2008. For further information concerning this acquisition, contact Dianne H. All potential small business bidders are advised that the solicitation, specifications and other notifications can be accessed on the web at www.fbo.gov.
