- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M6700108Q0120 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-17. This solicitation is unrestricted. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 813110. This solicitation is only for location and rooms in Eastern North Carolina, must be within a radius of 50 miles from Camp Lejeune main gate. Line Item #0001: MARRIAGE ENRICHMENT RETREAT JUN 6-9 2008 Quantity: 1 Each. Line Item #0002: MARRIAGE ENRICHMENT RETREAT JUN 27-29 2008 Quantity: 1 Each.Line Item #0003: MARRIAGE ENRICHMENT RETREAT JUL 11-13 2008 Quantity: 1 Each.Line Item #0004: MARRIAGE ENRICHMENT RETREAT JUL 25-27 2008 Quantity: 1 Each.Line Item #0005: MARRIAGE ENRICHMENT RETREAT AUG 1-3 2008 Quantity: 1 Each.Line Item #0006: MARRIAGE ENRICHMENT RETREAT SEP 5-7 2008 Quantity: 1 Each.This retreat will be for the hosting of up to 25 personnel per CLIN listed above.
