Description

This acquisition is to provide engineering services to rehost the test program sets(TPSs) used at WR-ALC Depot to a common piece of support equipment (SE), the Intermediate Depot Automatic Test Station (IDATS). The order for the rehost of the SE shall be based on the estimated drop dead date for the SE presently in use at the depot. The feasibility study produced by the previous phases of the depost rehost effort shall determine the order i n whcih the contractor shall perform the work. This taske provides Engineering Services to reolve problems encoutered wit the operation and use of depot support equipment used to supprt the AN/ALQ-135 Bands 3 and 1.5 including Automatice Test Equipment(ATE), Test Program Sets(TPS) and related documentation. The services may include the fabrication of test fistures, preparation of software updates, development of or updates to test procedures, and new technical documentation. This solicitation will be issued sole source to Northrop Brumman corporation Electronic Systems, Aerospace Systems Division, 600 Hicks Road, Rolling Meadows IL 60008, CAGE 26916. Authority 10USC 2304(c)(1), Justification: supplies or services are available from only one responsible source and no other supplies will satisfy agency requirements. See notes 22, 26
