- The Regional Contracting Office, NE, Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA currently has a requirement for Lean Six Sigma Continuous Process Improvement Education and Training Support services. The period of performance is a 12 month base period and four one-year option periods. Contract award is planned on or about August 8, 2008. Quantity and specifications will be specified in the solicitation. This will be a firm-fixed price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. All terms and conditions will be included in the solicitation. The anticipated release of the solicitation is within the next 30 days on the Navy Electronic Commerce On-Line (NECO) web link. A closing date for receipt of proposals will be reflected in the solicitation. This will be a 100% small business set-aside requirement NAICS Code 611430 size standard $6.5M. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov). It is the responsibility of the interested parties to review the referenced web link frequently for updates on this site. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their copy of the RFP and amendments if any.
