- This is a Sources Sought advertisement only. No solicitation exists. The US Army ACA, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Stewart, GA is seeking interested 8(a), Hubzone and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Certified Firms with an office located within Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, Florida, South Carolina) which have 722310 or 722330 among their approved NAICS Codes. Contractors shall have the experience and capabilities to provide turn-key food service support tent to seat 500 persons for the period 1 Sep 15 Nov 2008. Provide all labor, supervision, materials and cleaning supplies, except disposable eating ware, to prepare and serve approximately 1,500 government-furnished UGR-A breakfast and dinner meals each day, 7 days per week, and provide dining attendant services during the same period at contractor-provided kitchen/dining facility. Dining attendant services will include, as a minimum, sanitation required by Army Regulation 30-22 and TB-MED 530 to include cleaning services during meals and at the end of each meal. The government will provide all subsistence. Vendor will provide trucks, driver, refrigerated trailer, and cold and dry storage units as required to pick-up subsistence and supplies from the Fort Stewart TISA, transport, unload, and store at the contractor provided facility described above. All interested contractors have 7 days from the publication date (20 May 2008) of this synopsis to submit your companys business size, evidence of capabilities and experience in the four criteria above, and bonding capabilities in accordance with FAR 28.1.
