Description

RFQ F4FDCJ8080A001 This is a request for quotations (RFQ) for the procurement or Fifty-One (51) F100-PW-100/220 Engine Shipping Covers for 77 AESW, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. No other solicitation or announcement will be made. This RFQ is issued under simplified acquisition procedures using the authority of FAR 13.5. All businesses who can provide the producst requested are encouraged to participate in this procurement. Please provide your payment terms any discounts you are offering, and shipping times. AWARD: Award will be made to the best value offer. QUOTATIONS: Submit your quotations to 2Lt Hugh Williams at hugh.williams.2@us.af.mil. Quotes are due by 4:30 pm eastern time, Tuesday, May 13, 2008. QUESTIONS: Questions on this procurement may be directed via email to 2Lt Hugh by email or (937) 522-4537. New Information: The part number for the suggested item is APWP4078997. It is a 2 pc vinyl shipping/storage cover for the Pratt F100 engine. The cover is made from a specially manufactured 22 oz vinyl. It should have stainless steel snaps, d-rings & buckles. The cover is requested in the Royal Blue color. See attached picture. Vinyl bag also comes with a 2 pc White inner liner made of 14X14 HDPE. These are the minimum requirements of the bags.
