- LEASE SPACE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT in Craig, Colorado. REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is seeking to lease approximately 28 parking spaces and 3,500 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of office space for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. The offered space must be located on the first floor, and must not lie within the 100-year floodplain. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Submissions other than the owner or manger of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. LOCATION: Offered properties shall be located within the area bounded by: the city limits of Craig, Colorado. LEASE TERM: Ten years, five years firm EXPRESSION OF INTEREST shall be submitted by May 30th, 2008 and include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Available square feet and rent rate per square foot 3. Common area factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable 4.
