- Please note the changes to the due date, quantity and the answers to the questions asked by vendors. Thank you for your responses. Quantity was erroneous. The quantity should be 2 each. 1) How much weight do you need to carry? a) 1500 lbs. 2) Walls are specified very durable, would double plywood floors be needed (Industry standard: 10.00 L/F) a) No, if floor is at least 5/8 in thick and will support 1500 lbs dispersed throughout floor 3) Suggest in floor spare mount to gain space (industry standard 100.00) a) Not needed. 4) RV door is not as durable as cargo door, an RV paddle lock can be added so door may be opened from interior, window can also be installed. a) RV door 5) Air conditioning? a) No 6) Fans in roof vents? a) No 7) LP Furnace? This style furnace operates on 12V and LP, excellent in winter, baseboard heaters require 110V, LP furnace operates on battery. a) No 8) Freezer curtain rear or side door? a) No 9) White vinyl scars easily, suggest white aluminum. a) Vinyl 10) Sink in workbench? a) No 11) Generator? a) No 12) Exterior color. a) White 13) Pintle or ball. a) Ball 14) Is 9 feet high overall? a) Yes ground to top of roof. 15) Exterior scene lights? a) No 16) Loading lights over ramp door? a) No 17) What shore power service will be provided (208 3-phase, 220 single phase, 110 single phase, etc.)? a) 110 single phase 18) Do you need us to provide a shore power cable? How long? Do you have a specific plug requirement? a) Yes, hard wired to trailer. 50 ft. long. Standard 110v, 20A two prong + ground plug. 19) The Spec calls out for the walls and ceiling to be finished in white vinyl. Would you accept a fiberglass reinforced polymer lining (FRP)? The material we use is Kemlite. Instead of poly-vinyl, a polyester copolymer resin is used making the lining more cleanable, more stain resistant, and more abrasion resistant than other types for FRP or vinyl coverings. a) Yes, fiberglass is fine. 20) What thickness or R-value of insulation do you require? a) Do not know. Trailer will be used in Washington climate during winter months; 0 to 20 degrees F.
