Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Sub Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number F3HRA18081A010 is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-18. The NAICS Code is 334519 and the NAICS size standard is 500 employees. 55 CONS intends to issue a firm fixed priced purchase order for delivery and installation of the following items: 1) Ellason Weather Radar, E-600P18 Series Portable Application, non-Doppler Field Installation (QTY: 1 EA) 2) E-600 TC/R Transport Container - Radome, Antenna, R/T (QTY: 1 EA) 3) E-600 TC/R Transport Container - ACCESS, Ext. Cables, Power Control (QTY: 2 EA) 4) E-600 R/T Receiver Transmitter (QTY: 1 EA) 5) E-600 TC/RT, Transport Container for transporting R/T, E-600 Series Radar Systems (QTY: 1 EA) All quotes should be received NLT Friday, May 23, 2008, at 1630 (CST), and sent electronically via e-mail, if possible, to austin.derose@offutt.af.mil and andrew1.peterson@offutt.af.mil or faxed to (402) 294-7280. All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contract Registration, that lack of registration in the CCR database BY Friday, May 23, 2008, at 1630 (CST) will make an offeror ineligible for award. Also, the contractor must have the NAICS code listed in this solicitation on their CCR Registration.
