- Contract Number W9128F-08-P-0088, Lower Decatur, Section 1135 Aquatic Habitat Monitoring On or about 30 May 2008, this office will issue a Sole Source contract to the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission, Lincoln, NE for Biological Monitoring and Assessment of the Lower Decatur Bend (LDB) Section 1135 Ecosystem Restoration Project - Revetment Lowering portion. The Performance Period will be May 2008 through September 2009. The objective is to monitor the physical and biological changes associated with the revetment lowering project at LDB (R.M. 687.4 686.0) to determine project success. Please be advised of on-line registration requirement in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database http://www.ccr.gov/ and directed solicitation provisions concerning electronic annual On-line Representations and Certification (ORCA) at Representations and Certifications are required to be updated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete. The electronic annual representations and certifications are effective until one year from date of submission or update to ORCA.
