NSN 1560-00-102-7738, C-5 Aircraft Program. This is a Restricted 100% Small Business Set-Aside, Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources requirement for a Rail Assembly, Logistic. This item is Critical Application and Configuration Control Applies. This Purchase Request is intended to be awarded as an Indefinite Quantity Contract with an estimated annual demand of 60 pieces (See solicitation for additional details). A Government First Article Test is required on a sample size of 2 units. Origin inspection; FOB Destination to Stock Location. The Requested Delivery is 81 days ARO; Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package; A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP. RFP's are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will be available to requesters. The solicitation issue date is June 5, 2008. Any applicable Technical Data will not be available until the solicitation issue date.
