- The US Army RDECOM AC, Natick Contracting Division on behalf of the Naval health Research Center, Detachment Environmental Health Effects Labortory plans to negotiate and award a contract to the Hamner Insititute on a sole source basis to conduct a study to evaluate the olfactory transport of tungsten in mixtures with nickel or colbalts. The Principal Investogator is an acknowledge leader in the field and will provide the expertise that is required.
