Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is M67001-08-Q-0115. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25, effective 22 Apr 2008 and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20080423. This is a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL procurement. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for all qualilfied small businesses. See Numbered Note 1. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 423690. To meet the small business size standard a concerns annual receipts must not average more than 100 employees for their latest three completed fiscal years. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price, single award contract for the items identified in this solicitation. Line Item 0001: 103 Plasma Display Video Subsystem, MFR: Panasonic, MFR Model Number TH-103PF10UK, Quantity One (1). Line Item 0002: Audio Subsystem (Includes Self Powered Ceiling Speakers, Self Powered Ceiling Speakers, Powered Mixer). Line Item 0003: Control Subsystem (Includes Creston Processor, Touchscreen Controller, Transmitters, Rack Mount, Power Supply, Rack Mount, IR Probe, Photosensor, Reflector, Mounting Brackets). Line Item 0004: Hardware Subsystems (Includes Equipment Rack for Room Equipment, Equipment Rera Rails, Power Conditioner for Rack, 8 Blank Panels, 2 vented Blank). Line Item 0005: Installation. The manufacturers name and part/model number have been provided to describe equipment deemed minimally capable of satisfying the Governments requirement. The manufacturer name and part number are provided only to assist potential offerors in understanding the government's requirement. The Government is not soliciting or suggesting a particular name brand, and will consider offers for any brand that fulfills the government's need. Additional Information: Please include Delivery, Warranty, and Insurance information. A detailed desription of the Governments requirement is located at Attachment #1. See Attachment #2 Wage Determination as to labor involved in installation. Wage Determination Number 2005-2393, Revision Number 6, dated March 19, 2008 may be accessed at http://wdol.gov/. Evaluation: Responses to this RFQ will be evaluated and awarded based on best value to the Government. Evaluation criteria are technical capability, price, delivery, and past performance. Pricing: Prices shall be FOB Destination. Delivery: The Government desires delivery to Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC, no later than thirty days after receipt of award. If delivery cannot be met, the Contractor shall state an alternate delivery date. Past Performance: Offerors shall provide at least three (3) relevant past performance references with their quote. Reference information shall include agency name, contract number, dollar amount, point of contact (include phone number), for which your firm has provided the same or similar items. The Offeror is required to provide their Contractors DUNS Number and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code with their quote. The CAGE code entered must be for that name and address provided by the Contractor. This application allows DoD vendors to submit and track invoices and Receipt/Acceptance documents electronically.
