- The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment and material overhaul/recapitalization of the Modulating Valve Input NSN/PN: 2995-01-159-4660 3214072-3 2995-01-159-4660 70306-10012-105 Output NSN/PN: 2995-01-159-4660 3214072-3 Min/Max Qtys: 25/750 (includes qty of 150 each FMS) The proposed contractual action will be for a five (5) year, firm fixed price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a minimum of 25 and a maximum of 750. The maximum quantity includes twenty percent (20%) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement or a total of 150. The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, equipment and material for maintenance and overhaul of the Modulating Valve Input/Output NSN & P/N as stated above in accordance with Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 1-1660-246 dated 16 October 2002 with Change 1 dated 15 Aug 05 with applicable Maintenance Engineering Order (MEO) C5967. This DMWR is currently available to support a competitive solicitation; this requirement will be in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that may be considered by the agency. All proposals/responses will include a special tooling and test equipment section that addresses the contractors plan to meet all government special tooling and test requirements with either 1) Physical possession of the required tools, 2) Confirmed requisitions for the required tools, 3) confirmed arrangement for subcontracting the processes requiring the special tools or, 4) specific plans describing their technical approach to develop equivalent tools. Delivery of assets will be 30 days after receipt of assets (ARO). Output shall be 90 days ARO. Firms that recognize and perform maintenance and overhaul on the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. No telephone requests for solicitation will be accepted. Requests for solicitation will be data faxed or by mail ONLY. PROPOSALS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED BY MAIL, NO DATAFAX OR EMAILS WILL BE ACCEPTED. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted depending upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
