Description

REQUIREMENT: The US Government’s existing lease in Maitland, FL is expiring and the Government intends to use other then full and open competition to procure a new lease for 15,886 rsf. The Government is considering if it would be economically advantageous to relocate. In addition to rental costs, consideration factors include all tenant improvement costs, moving costs, telecommunications relocation costs, and agency special requirements. The Government will only relocate if these costs can be recovered through rental savings compared to the existing location. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The lease term will be ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Occupancy is desired no later than January 1, 2009 OWNERS & AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by May 23, 2008. Owners and Exclusive Agents only.
