- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a Firm Fixed Price Type Contract for supplies or services to satisfy both Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Non- FMS Requirement. This procurement is for 7 Each of the Computer System, DIG for the BASIC YEAR and Quantity Range 1-5 Each and 6-10 Each for One Option Year. This item currently belongs to a GENERIC National Stock Number (NSN): 7010-01-559-3501. The Part Number (P/N): PD07WRGBGBEC46. The end item for this equipment is applicable to the C-130, C-140, C-141, F-15, F-16 and F-4 Aircrafts. The Government owns Data (Purchase Description will be provided at issuance of the Solicitation). Item/Function: Test Adapter Controller. Safety Critical Screw: Threaded Component. The Dimensions are: Length: 10.75 inches; Width: 13.25 inches; Height: 1.75 inches; Weight: 8 pounds. Item/Material: Electronic/aluminum. SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED WITHIN 5 DAYS FROM THIS NOTICE. Interested person(s) may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received within the 20 days after issuance of solicitation, or 25 days after the publication date of this synopsis will be considered. OMBUDSMAN: All potential offeror(s) should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If the contracting officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serous contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
