Description

This is Amendment 001 to the original combined synopsis/solicitation. This amendment makes five changes: Change Number One: For any room that does not currently have an existing ceiling mounted LCD projector, vendor should assume the room is not prewired. Vendor will need to do the wiring. Change Number Two: The current SOW for Uinta and Executive Conference Rooms calls for one new wall plate with VGA and stereo connections in the Uinta Room and two new wall plates with VGA and stereo connections in the Executive Room. The solicitation is hereby amended to add one additional wall plate with VGA and stereo connections to the Uinta Room. Change Number Three: The current SOW calls for one wall mounted push button control panel in each room of the large, dividable, first floor conference room; i.e., Trail Ridge Road, Central Platte Valley, and Moffat Tunnel. The solicitation is hereby amended to add one wall mounted push button control panel in all the other conference rooms as well; i.e., Glenwood Canyon Room, Executive Conference Room, Uinta Mountains, and Computer Training Room. Vendors should include touch panel pricing as an option. Change Number Four: Energy Star equipment is not mandatory but everything being equal, it is preferred. Change Number Five: The closing date for quotes is hereby extended from May 21, 2008 at 4pm Mountain Time to May 28, 2008 at 4pm Mountain Time. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
