- This procurement is for services for a MEDICAL PROVIDER TO PERFORM FLIGHT PHYSICALS FOR A BASE YEAR AND TWO (2) OPTION YEARS FOR THE ARMY NATIONAL GUARD. LOCATION OF THE PHYSICALS WILL BE AT FT LEWIS, TACOMA WA. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621399 with a small business size standard of $6.5 million. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 22 MAY 08 on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
