Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is not a total small business set-aside. This solicitation number is RFQ319492 and solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25. The National Institute on Drug Abuse, Intramural Research Program, has a requirement for Technical and Programmatic Support. Attached to this combined synopsis/solicitation are the necessary documents. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, with its offer. Clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Condition Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The quotations are due June 4, 2008 and must be submitted in hard copy (one original and three copies and electronically (cuccurulloj@mail.nih.gov) to Joseph Cuccurullo, Contract Specialist, 31 Center Drive, Room 1B59, Bethesda, Maryland 20892.
